SMOKING POLICY Coho Beach House is a non-smoking property. NON-HOLIDAY RATES May through September — $250/night plus tax October through April — $179/night plus tax All rates are for up to 3 guests. Additional Guest — add $25 per night per person HOLIDAY RATES Please call for holiday rates. RESERVATIONS  A reservation deposit confirms your dates and guarantees no rate increase.RESERVATION DEPOSITS A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required at the time the reservation is made. Reservations made within the cancellation period require payment in full.Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent a confirmation of your reservation including dates of stay, amount and due date of any balance, and driving directions.Non-payment of the deposit or balance due for reasons of non-sufficient funds will constitute a cancellation.Balance Due — Your balance is due in full on or before the date the cancellation period starts.Upon receipt of final payment you will be sent the key lock box combination. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check in is 4:00 pm, and check out is 11:00 am. |

CANCELLATION PERIODStays of less than 3 weeks require a 30-day notice of cancellation.Stays of 3 weeks or more require a 60-day notice of cancellation.A reservation change reducing the number of days is considered a cancellation. A refund will be issued minus a $45.00 or 3% service charge (whichever is greater) on cancellations made before the cancellation deadline. Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel. After the cancellation deadline NO REFUNDS will be given unless we can rebook the cancelled days.
